Hi. I wrote the note below soon after Luis solved the problem with the air conditioning in my hybrid water pump/gas furnace. I really like the way that he took time and did not stop checking things out because it could have easily been the wrong diagnosis again(got one last summer and then no follow through ). He also was very patient with me- it was the first time I’d asked a repair service in my home since my husband died 9 months ago, and I was particularly frustrated and worried about this issue. Thanks again! Also, since I am not very familiar with with this furnace, I would like some notes and photo(s) to remind me. Luis showed me one photo to explain what happened because he had put the cover back on the unit.
