Jorge was fine. My only complaint is that he came over 2 hours early without calling and we were about to leave, so we had to reschedule 2 things. Yesterday no one came during the 2 hour window and no one called, which is why we had to reschedule for today.

Luis was great. He fixed an ongoing issue with my heat pump. He made sure the fix worked and tested the system. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Hi. I wrote the note below soon after Luis solved the problem with the air conditioning in my hybrid water pump/gas furnace. I really like the way that he took time and did not stop checking things out because it could have easily been the wrong diagnosis again(got one last summer and then no follow through ). He also was very patient with me- it was the first time I’d asked a repair service in my home since my husband died 9 months ago, and I was particularly frustrated and worried about this issue. Thanks again! Also, since I am not very familiar with with this furnace, I would like some notes and photo(s) to remind me. Reggie, plumber from Cardinal Heating and Air Conditioning, arrived on time, was dressed professionally, listened attentively, answered questions thoroughly, paid attention to details, used his time to work efficiently, and was highly respectful.

Technician was professional & respectful. Explained the service , objective of the check& when follow up would be useful..Have used Cardinal for decades. Very pleased!
