On more complex systems and home projects we are skilled at working with customers on a design build basis, in coordination with your existing team, which may include an architect, engineering firm, general contractor or owner’s agent.  Our team is highly experienced and trusted in this market.  Design services are typically required for these projects if not already part of your existing plans.

A Project Manager will be assigned to your project to manage the scope, schedule, quality and budget elements of your HVAC system design and build.  As your primary point of contact our Project Managers are empowered and accountable for engaging all the correct resources for customers per applicable standards at the right time, place and budgeted cost.

As your trusted HVAC adviser, our Project Managers and Superintendents work with you during the system design, implementation, testing, commissioning and training phases of your project.  Our 24/7 Service Department make sure the homeowner is supported post installation.

Cardinal Heating & Air has developed a consistent methodology applied to each project implementation. We follow the steps chronologically to ensure a clean hand-off between all team members and the customer. We meet with the customer to understand project objectives that help establish a strategic baseline that Cardinal Heating & Air is aligned with. We take that information and develop the scope of work and proposal with a project budget. With your confirmed order we proceed with system design and assign a project manager to direct the scope of work, schedule, budget and quality considerations on the project. We engage project installation and implementation teams when needed to get the work done in phases and per plan. A commissioning technician is then assigned to test and commission the systems on schedule and provide any customer training required. Our Project Manager will then complete the project by engaging our Service and Maintenance department with your project details and the setup of any planned maintenance or warranties. The Service and Maintenance team will keep your system operating at optimal efficiency and help reduce your long term cost of ownership.
