Find your role.
All roles are full-time, year-round, with benefits. Pay is top of market for the Greater Seattle area and based on experience and certifications.
HVAC Service Technician
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems across the Eastside. EPA 608 required. NATE preferred.
HVAC Install Technician
New system installs: furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ductwork. Premium brands (Carrier, Mitsubishi, Trane), real homes, real craft.
Licensed Plumber
Service, repair, and installation: water heaters, repipes, gas lines, fixtures. WA L&I journey-level or apprentice with experience.
Licensed Electrician
Residential electrical service, panel upgrades, EV charger installs, generator hookups. WA 01 or 02 license required.
Comfort Consultant
In-home consultative sales for HVAC system replacements. Pre-qualified leads, no door-knocking. Trade background a plus.
Apprentice / Helper
New to the trade? Cardinal trains. Learn HVAC, plumbing, or electrical from journey-level techs while we pay for your certifications.
