Regular HVAC Maintenance is one of the most important ways to help prevent problems with the unit in the future. It can also help keep down the overall cost of your air conditioner by preventing expensive repairs and help it to run more efficiently.

Check to make sure the thermostat settings are correct so that your home stays at the comfort levels you and your family desire.
Check the electrical connections to ensure they are tight. Use a voltage meter to measure the output on motors. Unsafe operating conditions can put you and your loved ones at risk and reduce the life of the appliance.
